Father Uses The Same Bowl For His Daughter And Cat, Sister-In-Law Is Not Happy

How important are your pets?

I know many people treat their pets like family but are they really family? I am well aware that everyone would put human life first rather than their pets even if it hurts them but are they not at the same level as your kids? I am not talking about their life worth. I am talking about their level. I know this is a weird line of thinking but this is what we have to delve into today since the story we are going to read today is a doozy.

You see some people think that eating from the same bowl as your pet is apparently de-humanizing. Now I am not talking about getting in there and eating cat food while your cat is eating it as well. Even ashing the bowl thoroughly and using it would be somewhat okay for some people but when I say the same bowl, I mean the same type of bowl but different ones. I mean what is so wrong with eating food in similar dishware to your pets?

Right from the start, we understand that they are different bowls but the same when it comes to color and style.

Kids do need different bowls especially since they can make a lot of mess when eating.

This guy thought the small bowls were perfect for the wet food.

He explained that they were different bowls but his sister-in-law was not happy.

She even invited some other people into the argument who are taking her side.

This is all really absurd if you ask me. I mean what is so wrong with using the same type of dishes for your cat that you do for yourself. Like my cat has water bowls in every room. And since I didn’t have that many ‘cat’ water bowls, I just used regular bowls that I didn’t use anymore. I still use similar bowls for my food and I never thought it was weird. Maybe I am missing something here but how is it stooping to a lower level just by eating food in a bowl?

I am starting to lose what little faith in humanity I had left.

People in the comments were just as surprised by the sister-in-law as I am.

I wouldn’t put it past some people to think like this.

It really does seem like the woman is creating drama just for drama’s sake.

Some people are just way too overdramatic and for things that don’t even matter in the big scheme of things.

I can understand not wanting to eat in the same bowl but this is ridiculous.

What are your thoughts on this whole debate? Do you think the sister-in-law is being overdramatic or do you think she is in the right when it comes to the bowl phenomenon?
