No doubt, HOAs are built to bring positivity to the community, but it’s no surprise that there are many horror stories about Housing Associations as well. We see many people striking and tweeting about and against these organizations. They are supposed to provide a safe, easy and convenient lifestyle to the residents. However, the members and the management of these organizations are the wrongdoers. They create tyrannical policies for the residents. Not only this, they try to impose their decisions on the residents as well, as if they own them. We see a lot of infuriating stories around us. These enraging stories are now increasing in numbers day by day, regularly. This makes us question the integrity of these organizations. They should have no power and right over you as an individual. And Many HOAs tend to overstep when they make decisions.
Besides, who doesn’t get annoyed by all those questions! Hello Sir, you need to pay community maintenance charges. Hey, your house is next to the HOA community so it’s a part of HOA. Like WHAT?? Ugh! What a toxic attitude these HOAs have. We wonder what makes them think they own the people and their properties. Homeowners are allowed to do whatever they need to do. HOAs are no one to order them regarding their properties. No one is bound to their rules and regulations. Not only this, once you agree to their terms, HOAs will ask for the maintenance fees from residents. They will start charging fees. To avoid these fees and charges, you should know how to refuse. Otherwise, these HOAs will become a nightmare for you. And there’s no going back.
