Management should stop making such policies that make it hard for the employees to focus on their jobs.
Some companies have weird work policies and let’s be honest, employees hate these policies. These policies just make the employees’ jobs even harder. Please be easy on employees, they work for your company. Some companies would implement a toxic dress code that no one wants to follow. Some would not let their employees leave until they complete 9-10 working hours even though they have already done their work. A Reddit user has shared his experience on the r/MaliciousCompliance subreddit. A Karen HR joined the company where he used to work. She changed the entire dress code overnight and even tried firing people for not following the dress code even though dress code was not yet approved by the management.
