Reality can be often disappointing.
Marvel Cinematic Universe is a cult. There is no going about it, it is a cult and nothing else. The Infinity Saga did wonders and changed the whole cinematic experience forever. The culmination of 22 movies leading up to Avengers Endgame brought the whole story to the close in the best way one could imagine. MCU did wonders for the filmmakers too, the universe currently stands at $25.5 Billion. That is around $1 Billion per movie, so there is definitely a demand for these live-action movies and it will continue to grow. Every movie holds an amazing script, there’s a hint of comedy blended with seriousness, the amazing visual effects, it all combines to give us all a very immersive experience.
MCU is an imaginary world but what if it wasn’t. Today we are going to look at some comics that showcase how the Marvel movies would’ve been like if they were realistic, so no hero winning all the time and villain losing all the time. Artist Santiago Esparza is an amazing illustrator and a comic artist who decided to show the world a realistic version of the MCU. He did an amazing job at exploiting all the plotholes and converting those into what he labels as a realistic version of the MCU.

1. In Thor: The Dark World we see Odin praising Thor for his purity and for choosing not to be king…

10. …but in the real world, the bullets would have totally shattered the eye glass killing Stark, putting an end to the MCU before it began.
11. In the movie Spiderman: Homecoming, when Spidy asks his crush for a date…
12. …a rejection would’ve totally changed how the movie went,
13. Poor spidey, it is not as easy to get dates in the real world as they do in the movies.
14. In the first Captain America movie, it was shocking to see no one realized there was another man under the mask…
15. …because in reality, the red eyes and mouth would’ve been very visible.
16. In Spider-Man 2, Peter does a really good job at hiding his identity from Aunt May…
17. …because of the obvious mask covering his face up…
18. …but the masks don’t change your voice in the real world, May would’ve easily spotted him.
19. In the movie Black Panther…
20. …the feud between Killmonger and T’Challa was deep and intense…
21. …but the reality.
22. In the movie Guardians of the Galaxy…
23. …we see a very jolly and music-loving Peter Quill…
24. …however don’t you think in the real world, the villain would not wait for him to finish his songs…
25. …in the real world, things would’ve been over for their planet way before Infinity War.
Oh my god, I had never looked at the Marvel Cinematic Universe this way. I mean I do get it they have to put in a lot of spices to make the movies interesting, but damn the illogicality. They actually did an amazing job at it because all these dumb things went unnoticed and were such an amazing part of the story. All hail Marvel kings.

46. In the last Iron Man movie when Stark crashes in Tennessee and Jarvis loses all power…
47. …things would’ve been pretty swift had he just asked Jarvis to call all his other suits, would’ve saved the hassle to carry a robot in snow.
And we thought Iron Man was really smart, perhaps he was developing back then.
48. In the first Thor movie, he requests the Destroyer to take his life and let others go…

50. …the villain would not care who’s requesting who, the villain is concerned with destruction only.
It basically would’ve been bye-bye Earth and bye-bye MCU in 2011.

Poor guy had to wait too long.
54. In the movie Spider-Man: Far From Home, this conversation between Peter and Ned makes you think that was an amazing trick to sweep out all loopholes in the MCU.
Wow! This is some top-level work done. I absolutely enjoyed all the comics and cannot wait for some more work. Movies are supposed to be exaggerated and that is why they become blockbusters, but given how things are in reality, makes those storylines so funny.
