So many animals need to be saved.
But rather than rescuing the wild animals that roam the street, we instead go to breeders to pay for a pet. I am well aware that some feral animals can’t be saved and they will hurt you the moment you get close but most of the time, they are just scared. They have to fend for themself on the street and live off scraps. Not only that but some pets just get abandoned so their distrust of humans is understandable.
That is why it is always good to see a story where a kitty gets rescued rather than leaving her alone on the street. This story comes from Malaysia and a woman adopted the kitty when she found her wandering in her backyard looking like the cat was on death’s door. Thankfully, she did everything she could do to get her back to full health. And you can see the beautiful transformation for yourself by scrolling below.

This is the cat that was found in the backyard.
And you can see that she looks sick and malnourished.
Not only that but look at how scared she is!
Her coat of fur is wispy and she seems to be in pain.
Well, the woman continued on her crusade to help the cat.
Cats are beautiful creatures and they do not deserve this treatment. Rather than helping the cats that are already on the streets or in shelters, people opt for buying pure-breed cats just because of how they look. At the end of the day, the look or breed of a cat doesn’t necessarily matter as we just want a companion. And a cat who has seen the hard life will appreciate you much more than the one who has remained in a nice pet shop. So as we always say, adopt don’t shop.
And after months of hard work, the cat looked unrecognizable.
If you didn’t tell me this was the same cat, I would have never known.
She is now living the life of luxury.
And this just shows that a little bit of love can make anyone better.
Her name is Meimei and I think it suits her perfectly.
Just look at how adorable she is!
This is all because of Nur Hamizah and the kitty is thankful.
The cat’s life has been changed forever.
But the woman’s life isn’t the same either and it is for the better.
