People really think they will achieve something by leaving a bad review.
If you have a disagreement with the staff at a restaurant and the problem was your fault, you have no right to go to the internet a leave them a bad review. Most people that leave reviews like that never share the whole story. They do their best to make up a bad image of the restaurant until the actual story comes up. Karens are some of the most entitled people on Earth. If you do not give them what they want, they will try to do everything humanly possible to make your life a living hell. Karens have a hard time taking no for an answer. They also find it impossible to realise their own mistakes and love blaming other people for them. If they mess up, it will end up being somebody else’s fault and they would want to get accommodated for it. Well, sunshine, guess what? You are in the real world now and you can’t simply get what you want by being rude or creating a scene. There are people who are much scarier than you who can easily put you in your place once they are done with your crap. Karens need to be taught a lesson every now and then to make sure they stay in their lane. Karens are famous for treating restaurant staff and retail workers poorly. They ask to see the manager at every little inconvenience and yell at whoever they want. It is their unlucky day if they end up at a place where the owner respects their staff more than their rude customers. The customer is not always right, and any owners who believe that know how to run a company.

If you are going to lie on the Internet to make someone look bad, you will get caught and dragged for it. The owner stood up for their staff and rightfully so. Nobody deserved to be treated badly just because they are serving someone.
If the customers go that far, they’re never right.
