There are far too many dishonest managers in the professional world who try to take advantage of employees that they severely underestimate. In the back of this guy’s mind, there had to have been some kind of morally oriented voice pleading with him to pay his employees as he was obligated to. However, no such action was taken. As a result, the labor board took the required action. I still don’t understand why do people act like this, how would they feel if someone doesn’t pay them for their months or weeks of hard work. There’s no other way to make these kinds of people realize how it feels to not get paid even though you have worked your butt off. And they deserve to get reported to the labor board asap.

OP was totally on right and he got what he deserved meanwhile, the boss also got what he deserved. OP is a hard-working person, doing double jobs and his shady manager decided not to pay him. Even though OP, returned everything, the owner still decided to threaten him by calling the cops and he claimed that OP broke everything in the vehicle. Well, the manager got what he deserved people like these deserve to get reported to the labor board asap. I mean what kind of people snatches other people’s rights? It’s pretty sick, all they want is that things should be their way always, and there shouldn’t; be any kind of restrictions. If you ever get in a situation like this don’t forget to report to the labor board, even if it’s a couple of dollars because people like this need to get reported asap.
