Never underestimate the power of good makeup.
But I will always question whether it is a tool to deceive or whether women truthfully use it to enhance their beauty which means they are already beautiful. I think the answer depends on the way makeup is used. Some people use way too heavy makeup and their facial appearance changes. That can be deceiving especially if you are going on a date with a person you will be meeting for the first time. And then there is a very soft way of applying makeup that doesn’t really change who you are but enhances your inner beauty.
Well, that is my opinion. Some people just don’t like the way they look and prefer makeup that turns them into very good-looking people. And today we will be seeing some of that work by a very talented makeup artist who has the ability to transform women in a way that they look unrecognizable when their before and after pictures are compared. The two extremes I just mentioned up there, this talented makeup artist Lena Motinova blends them together. She does transform those women, and makes them unrecognizable, but not to a level that would deceive someone or would be unfair. This way of enhancing beauty is a task only gifted people can do and Lena has exactly the skill set required for this.

What I love most about Lena’s work is there is no disruption of the original facial features, what I have been talking about comes under the umbrella of deceiving. So for instance, no hairlines have been adjusted, no lips have been enhanced, she just enhanced their beauty through makeup and kept them who they were. That is what you call the right way of doing makeup and Lena is a champion at it.
