Manager Blames Employee For Hair Found In Customers Food, She Dyes It Blue

We’ve all discovered hair in our food.

Unless you are bald, you will occasionally find hair in your food. And, while it may be repulsive to some, I don’t throw away food, especially when I’m at home and know the hair belongs to me. It is a different story when you are paying exorbitant prices to eat at a restaurant. Not only that but discovering someone else’s hair in your food makes you feel less hungry. As a result, it is not surprising that many people choose to return their food when this occurs.

However, this results in the manager blaming an employee. I’m not saying it couldn’t be the employee’s fault, but you should think it through before blaming someone on a whim. And you should never let your personal bias play a role in this type of thing. Isn’t it better to make it a rule that every employee working on the line must wear a hair net or a cap to prevent this from happening again?

This manager clearly had a grudge against this particular employee. As you might expect from the title, the employee was fed up with being blamed for things she didn’t do. So she decided to put an end to it all by dying her head blue.

We start off with the story realizing that everyone in this place had similar hair.

But the manager would always blame this specific employee.

So she decided to dye her hair blue once and for all.

So when it happened again, the manager couldn’t really go for her.

Dying your hair blue may appear extreme to some, but I think it’s a fun change and you won’t be blamed for something you didn’t do. I know that if I ever worked in a restaurant, customers would never be able to falsely blame me because of my crazy hair colours. So doing so, or shaving your head completely, is a viable option in these situations. You could also just wear a hair net, but it is clear that this manager was up to something else behind the scenes.

People had a lot to say about the place.

And some people hinted that this might have been racism.

While I am not the one to scream racism at every little issue, this does seem to be it.

Pink hair would help with that.

Now I understand why a lot of servers have bright hair.

This kind of thing apparently happens a lot.

So it is not uncommon to see bald chefs.

Why do customers even lie?

Is a little bit of free food really worth putting the employee in trouble with?

Do they not care for the employee at all?

Do customers think people are stupid?

Unless the customer is bald, it could be their hair.

Most of the time, it is the customer’s hair.

A lot of people try this stunt.

This is one heck of a story.

They clearly just want free food.

Are they not embarrassed?

Who has such long eyebrow hair?

Mad at her own stupidity?

This is just embarrassing.

Just don’t eat out if you can’t pay for it.

This commenter has it right.

This is very true.

How many wings did she want to eat?

He just wanted a free Mojito.

They should feel embarrassed!

What we need after all those petty revenge stories is some cat tax!

This kind of behaviour is expected from a cat whenever you are trying to set up a Christmas tree. Atleast he looks comfortable in there.
