In the sense that there was mismanagement, there were no suitable parking spaces, poor emergency maintenance, there were garbage stations nearby, and whatnot. Anyways, the Reddit user then took a bold decision and involved the concerned authorities, and left the apartment with other tenants, resulting in a 30% decrease in their neighborhood and a significant loss for the management.
