People Don’t Re-Apply For Their Jobs After The Company Gets Sold And They Get Laid Off

Employees are the backbone of every company.

This is the sort of thinking that is taking off these days and what people expect when they apply for a job. We are all human beings and we all deserve a bit of decent when it comes to working. However, many company owners are still stuck in an old mentality and think they can treat their employees like garbage and that they will keep coming back. Even if the economy is going downhill, lots of people have decided to quit and start doing something else rather than having to deal with people like this.

We have all heard hundreds of stories where the employee gets the short end of the stick and higher-ups never get what they deserve. Well, sometimes the little guy does win and it is always glorious to read about. That is what today’s story is all about. You see, an owner decided to sell his company to someone else and classed the employees as a liability. As you can probably imagine, this did not go over well when it comes to all the workers and the rest is history.

I can never understand why so many owners do this. Can’t they understand the importance of an employee?

If they had only been more intelligent, none of this would have happened in the first place.

This is the sort of revenge that I love to see. The employees didn’t even have to do anything and the new owners basically messed everything up by themselves. There is no doubt that they will find new employees but will they be as talented and experienced as the previous workers? I doubt it and it will take a long time. They really should have thought about it a little more before they made such a huge decision. They got what was coming to them.

People in the comments had a lot to share when it comes to similar experiences as well.
