Don’t take up disabled parking spots!
I can’t believe people even have to reiterate this. It should be pretty self-explanatory that those spots are for people who are actually disabled and need to park near the store or whatever place they are currently at. I never understood the excuse of ‘I’ll only be there for a minute so why does it matter?’ After all, what is so hard about walking a few more meters to reach your destination? Are you really in such a hurry?
That is why it is so nice to see people like these getting their comeuppance on Christmas no less! I get that some of these people might not have been actually bad or rude but what they did was wrong so they deserved what they got. Parking in a disabled spot might not seem like a huge deal but you are taking away a spot from someone who might not be able to walk for too long without getting tired. So just try to be a decent human being? I promise it is not as hard as you might think.

I honestly feel bad for this lady, she just wanted to do some shopping
The target employee did warn everyone to move their cars so what happened next is on them.
Safe to say it wasn’t long before the disabled spots were empty and all was right in the world once more.
I bet they didn’t expect this kind of surprise on Christmas.
What I love about this is the Target lady basically gave them a chance to alter their choice before consequences and they all ignored her! It wasn’t a d*ck move in the first place (as someone who drives for the elderly disabled I hear you!) but the warning just makes it so much better.
They doubly deserved the fine. –sweetie-pie-today
It wasn’t a bad move at all, they should have heeded the warning but they chose to ignore it.
As everyone should be even if they haven’t dealt with a disabled person directly.
I think everyone should be this excited to talk about their kids.
I wouldn’t call you a disabled parking Grinch, I would call you a disabled parking angel. I am a wheelchair user and it is so fucking annoying when people take up the larger spots with no good reason other than “well I’m only going to be 2 mins”, making transferring from car to chair so god damn hard.
They are NEVER 2 mins they take 45 mins to an hour if they are quick. –marvin_the_marfan
At least the times are changing.
Sadly, They might still blame the woman who ruined Christmas for them rather than taking responsibility.
Disabled or not, her kids are fabulous and I am inclined to believe her!
And who doesn’t like in the middle of a holiday dinner with the family?
Did you think she took it a bit too far or did the drivers of those illegally parked cars deserved it? Comment down below and let us know.
