Oftentimes people who are entrusted with the responsibility to lead large groups of people especially in the employment sector overstep their boundaries in ways you can not quite complain about without risking your job status. Like when your boss emails you to complete another spreadsheet for them at 9pm, when you’ve finally retired for the day with a very delightful cup of coffee, it might not sound like the end of the world as you’re whining about it to your partner later, but it sure as hell feels like it when you’re doing the work. As you’re doing the tedious work your boss gave you and you think to yourself, “Oh I would give anything to be able to curse out that cranky old man for ruining my night” and nothing feels more enticing than the thought of pouring your cup of coffee on his head for all his infuriating arrogance. Turns out you’re not alone in your sentiment in fact many people just go ahead and risk it all just to let that anger out at their bosses.
Here we’ve compiled a bunch of people who have simply had it with their bosses and took that final risky step in telling them exactly how they feel regarding their behavior. Scroll down to have a look at how strangers refused to take abuse from their bosses.
1. Boss asking to cancel brain surgery appointment.
2. “I’ll see you when I see you”
3. This is not how you should be treating your employee
4. Labor is more important than freedom!
5. What’s up with all the negotiations?
6. A heartless manager saying “stop being a victim”
7. Well, look at what happens when you don’t do your own work on time.
8. Give them money.
9. A message to Mira!
Oftentimes, the toxic behavior of managers results in high employee turnover. Just like this girl messaged her boss stating why she quit her job. Besides working 6-70 hours per week, her manager was not letting her take off on her birthday or other occasions. So, she had to take sick leave.
Every employee or worker working in the organisation needs some break, or off for any reason. But, most of the managers deny the request and ask employees to work on holidays as well. This is the biggest challenge in working in any organization. Scroll down to see more, how managers deny requests of employees:
10. Manager messaging employee to work longer at 11:00!
This girl started her job at Crystal Shop and sensed the behavior of the manager. She messaged the manager regarding how he treats others and asked the manager to look after the reason for the high turnover. The manager asked the girl at 11 PM to change the shift and work longer.
11. Are you sure you want to leave the group?
This is the perfect example of how employees feel and lose their interest in a job if they are asked to give overtime and work 60Hours/week for only $11/hour. And what’s more ridiculous is to overwork with zero pay for overtime. Obviously! the employee will ultimately kick off the job.
12. A bold step!
