Person Who Was Mistaken For An Employee, Watches A Beautiful Karen Meltdown As Nothing Works For Her

Karens are way too full of themselves, and this one got an amazing lesson for that.

It’s that classic “I don’t work here”. A normal customer who genuinely mistakes some random person for an employee listens to them, says sorry, and then continues to search for an actual employee. Karens are not normal customers. If they approach a person they mistake for an employee, they will continue demanding for their problem to be solved and would even start screaming at them for not complying. Their listening capacity is a bit weak and they don’t want to listen either. If only they listen and understand, things would’ve been so simple and easy, the world would’ve been a better place altogether.

One Reddit user had such an experience with a Karen and posted their hilarious incident on the subreddit r/IDon’tWorkHereLady. The subreddit was formed in 2014 and has gained 1 million members. It contains stories shared by people who were mistaken for employees. In today’s story, OP was mistaken for an employee from a supply store, who actually is from a tool store. Karen had to get her problem resolved by the supply store employee but approached OP. OP said, “I don’t work their lady” but that didn’t work. Obviously, it was never going to, she’s Karen. By the time she realized they weren’t the employee she needs, she decided to shift the blame on OP for wasting her time. That was it, nature decided to intervene and nothing from that point on worked for her as her SUV broke down and a hilarious Karen meltdown ensued.

Ready to read through that amazing meltdown the employee watched happened? Well then, scroll down below to enjoy!

1. OP works at a tool store which is right next to a supply store. One could confuse one for the other.

2. Okay now where did this Karen come from. And once again the tradition continues, Karen has approached the wrong person.

3. A simple and sweet response and ideally, this is where the conversation should’ve ended.

4. One could mix up the employees but OP said the names of the stores were clearly embroidered on the shirts. But Karen was blinded by her rudeness.

6. Honestly, I wouldn’t remind her after this if she still refuses to understand.

7. You can’t really get him fired by walking into the wrong store, lady. Wow, they are very aggravating.

8. Things are about to go south for Karen. She is out of gas and as she left to get the gas can filled, the left her car on, along with the dome lights. The car was losing battery quickly.

Right, ladies and gentlemen, now this is where things take a 180-degree turn for Karen. Her anger, ego, and shortage of braincells are now going to cause one problem after another and it’s all her fault. A meltdown is about to take place as her car starts breaking down. Looks like nature intervened and wanted to shut the Karen up itself.

9. After all that rude behavior, OP was never going to help that woman out.

10. Ah, she finally gets the gas, which ended up being an hour-long event. That would’ve taken some breath out of Karen.

11. And obviously a Karen blames anyone but herself for the errors she made.

12. There goes the battery. A kind man tried helping but the efforts ended up turning the car over. The trouble increases for Karen.

13. Oh my god, OP actually tried to help her but Karen’s ego came to life back again and she refused. The problems for her are just exponentially increasing.

14. Tow truck arrived to do exactly what OP advised but that didn’t work. Because the dumb OP had put diesel instead of gasoline in the SUV. Poor woman but she deserves every single bit of this.

15. Yeah sure, he will certainly come to pay visits at the mechanic while you sit there and watch your SUV get repaired.

16. Nail in the coffin. They hate the “Have a nice day!”.

Wrongdoers never win. Had Karen just listened to OP in the first place and acknowledged the fact that he was not the employee she was looking for, she would’ve simply gone to the supply store, met the right employee, gotten her job done, and would’ve been off two blocks away to the gas station. Not sure if she would’ve still gotten diesel instead of gasoline or not, but that’s a different story.

Wow, this was truly hilarious and I can’t imagine the joy on OP’s face as the Karen absolutely failed.

17. OP had one hour to spare while OP went to get gas, he really should’ve grabbed some snacks to enjoy the show.
