Rental Company Tries To Charge Extra, Couple Makes Them Beg To Stop Their Revenge

Today we are going to tell you a story about petty revenge. It happened a few years ago. OP and his girlfriend went to a vacation in Asheville and they booked a cabin through a rental company.. OP’s girlfriend grew up in that area she also had friends and family in that area and they used to visit them while they were staying.

The rental company where they stayed had a policy that no extra guests were allowed to be in the cabin to stay overnight else there would be a fee. OP and his girlfriend invited a couple of her friends to have fun out there for a while. They came to the cabin around 7 PM and left at 11 PM. They had a good time and they all headed towards their home. A couple of days after OP came to a home a woman from the rental company sent her an email saying that a maintenance guy saw that they had friends to stay over. Although they never stayed there overnight the woman claimed to charge them an extra 200$ for breaking “occupancy” rules.

After seeing the email OP looked for occupancy online which didn’t define the fact that she was telling because they did not stay there overnight. When OP told her about it she did not listen to him and said it didn’t matter they will still charge him 200$. Now, this is where things take a twist. OP and his girlfriend have about 8 friends with 20 different Google accounts so they all start leaving 1-star reviews on the company’s Google page. This bothered the lady so much that she started apologizing stating that it was a misunderstanding and please take down the bad reviews. OP told them it was clearly not a misunderstanding since they wanted to treat them in such a way.
