Not knowing if she did the right thing or not, OP decided to post this story on the subreddit AITA to know if she was in the right or not. 

Here’s my take. If your husband blames everything on your period, trust me no one will ever take you seriously. OP did a great thing by showing her husband her clean underwear. I mean she could only absorb all this annoyance for too long. Something had to be done in order for her husband to know that her arguments are not irrational and he cannot blame everything on her period. 

I find nothing wrong here. OP, you are NTA. In fact, you are very creative.
