I’m always surprised to discover that people like this exist. I’ve read thousands of stories about Karens, but reading about her attitude always leaves me speechless. I understand your frustration at not being able to use the pool, but it is not the fault of the employees. After all, it is the policy of the company.

Is it really that difficult to maintain your cool throughout? Have Karens never heard that honey attracts more flies?
