Because of this, many dog owners want to spend as much time as they can with their canine companions. They are aware that, although 10 or 12 years may seem like a long time, they will seem like a mere blink of an eye when the time for their dog comes.
But not everyone has the luxury of simply being with their dogs all the time as it is. While it would be ideal for people to include their dogs in every aspect of their lives, including work, relationships, and social activities, it is not always possible. Dog owners occasionally even have to make difficult choices and pick one over the other, as was the case for Redditor MailedSnail.
