Helping someone is an act of kindness.
Not everyone is generous enough to offer help to strangers. People these days do not think about others, all they care about is for themselves. You have to be very kind and selfless to offer help to someone. Trust us, there is no better feeling than helping someone in need. It’s good as long as the other person is not taking your advantage. Some people take your kindness as an invitation to use and abuse it. OP was at a grocery store with his coworkers during his lunch break for grocery shopping. He was standing in line when a woman standing next to him was short on her bill. The woman was with a baby and most of her shopping included staple items. OP made an offer to cover her grocery bill. The woman asked him twice and he said “yes”. The woman appreciated him and accepted his offer. Everything was going well until she told him she wanted one more thing. Scroll down to know what she got that made OP refuse the offer.
