The robber caught off guard, finds himself reluctantly complying with her requests while attempting to maintain a facade of normalcy.
The tension mounts as the store’s employee discreetly contacts the authorities, aware that any misstep could lead to a potentially dangerous situation. During one of the robberies OP witnessed, a young guy, appearing to be around 18-20 years old and without a mask but wearing a hoodie, paced around the store:
During an early morning incident with no other customers present, the young robber demanded money from OP at the register and warned against any resistance, eventually hopping behind the counter to retrieve the cash.
During the robbery, an old woman enters the store and unexpectedly recognizes the young robber, addressing him as “Noah” and greeting him warmly, causing the robber to freeze with the money in his hands.
The older woman continues to shout and engage in a conversation with the young robber and discusses family matters, completely oblivious to the ongoing robbery. The robber tries to clarify the misunderstanding, but the woman continues her chattering and proceeds to shop in the store.
