A lot of people are placing their orders online which means fewer tips for the baristas. Starbucks has considered this problem and trying to solve it by launching a digital tipping option. A TikToker, Lily Kate Holbert, recently went to Starbucks and when she paid, the barista dropped the change in her tip jar which was awkward for her as she always gets Starbucks and no one does that to her. She is one of those people who collect the change and turn the money into cash but this barista left this TikToker in shock.
