Daycare employees have it hard.
Imagine taking care of a dozen newborns if you thought taking care of one child was difficult. Even though there are a few daycare personnel in each location, it doesn’t make things any easier. For the duration of time, you leave your kid with these individuals, they must feed, clean, and entertain them so they do not become bored. And if you’ve ever heard a child wail nonstop, you know how annoying it can be over time.
However, the people who normally apply for this position adore children, which is why they are there in the first place. They enjoy being around children and are usually excellent with children of all ages. However, this does not imply that every staff is the same, as some are either unconcerned with your baby or overly concerned. While you may believe that the latter is a positive thing, as demonstrated by the following example, it can rapidly become disturbing.

We start off this story with some background information.
The place sounds very secure and you can check on your kid through cameras as well.
And she likes the employees except for one girl who is a bit weird.
She apparently pays close attention to her baby.
And while that does not sound bad, there is a pandemic going on.
And after that, she started noticing other things.
She quickly learned that the girl is obsessed with her baby.
Things didn’t end there as alarming signs kept piling up.
Until she finally had enough and decided to talk to someone about her.
Well, that is how she got fired.
But the people around her are calling her wrong for complaining about it.
I can honestly see both sides of this tale. While I think that the daycare worker was creepy, they might have talked to her before terminating her. Perhaps they did warn her, but she ignored them. But I’m also relieved that the baby is secure; you never know in these situations, so it’s probably a good thing she’s no longer near the infant. While I agree that everyone has a favourite, the manner she was acting raised warning lights for me.
So she asked the Internet for advice.
And people were on her side.
They called out the inappropriate behaviour.
And it may not seem like a huge deal at first.
But that is how things escalate.
People agreed that it was very creepy.
And I have to agree that this is not normal.
Having a favourite kid is one thing, this is entirely another.
It did seem a bit weird.
People shared their own experiences as well.
And even people in the same industry called the employee out.
She was crossing a lot of boundaries.
I have to agree that it was inappropriate behaviour.
It is also not safe.
There are rules for a reason.
I have no idea what she was thinking.
Though it does depend on the culture.
It is not just about the kiss though.
She was not the one who forced the Director to fire this woman.
Maybe they saw other things.
Not everyone agreed with her.
It is easy to form a bond with a child.
A little floof tax will make this day better.
I am pretty sure this is what angels look like. I mean who wouldn’t want to go to this particular Heaven?
