In this story, OP is a concerned mom because her 5-year-old daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed a week ago. The doctor told OP that she would be feeling fine within 4 to 5 days but sadly her condition was getting worse and the pain had massively increased for her. Due to this OP and his husband have had sleepless nights with her by their side crying. No mother can see her children in pain so OP decided to call the doctor. The doctor would not see her because he would do only phone consultations. OP lost her calm and shouted at the doctor while crying that the doctor needs to see her because the phone consultation was not right for her as she had surgery a week ago.
After this, the doctor offered to do a video consultation. OP said she would not open her mouth for me so the doctor would invite them over to the clinic and see it for himself. The doctor responded in a bit absurd way saying that if she would not open her mouth for you how can I see her in person then? This is where OP totally lost her calm and started shouting at the doctor saying it was his job to do this. Eventually, the doctor agreed to see her daughter. OP’s husband has called her Karen for reacting this way and this is the reason she has posted this story in this subreddit.
