Selecting an appropriate cast for the specific role is not an easy job.
We have seen so many movies over the years that did have a really interesting plot, a plot that would keep you invested but still, you couldn’t manage to complete the whole thing and get bored right off. Ever wonder why was that the case? Well, that was because they put in the wrong cast for the wrong role. It’s like trying to cast Tom Cruise as a lead in a romantic movie, you cannot expect that film to do good because Tom Cruise is an action-adventure protagonist, he does not have the expressions of romance in his arsenal. Can you imagine Arnold Schwarzenegger doing a comedy role? It just won’t work out the way it did for him in The Terminator, where it felt like he was built for that character. So it is an established fact that just because you have a billion dollar cast in your movie, doesn’t necessarrily mean it will do good. Having a great sceipt but bad casting can cause problem, but if you have an amazing cast and an okay script, the movies still work out because the actors and actresses have the skill to turn it around. And when they find a cast that is both skillful and looks exactly like the character they are supposed to play, consider it a jackpot.
Today we are going to look at the opinion of the people in terms of casting directors’ decisions. A Twitter user asked the people of the internet this major question, he asked everyone to list their favorite casting choices and the internet replied.

When they find a cast member who looks exactly likt the original, it kinda gets creepy.

6. Who remembers this miracle when Chris Colfer as Kurt and Adam Kolkin as Young Kurt looked absolutely the same.
Often in movies when the character grows up, they change completely as a new person takes on the role of the older version of that character. But in Kurt’s case, both versions looked exactly the same.

10. The casting directors of this ITV drana, Des, need to be applauded for casting David Tennant as the serial killer Dennis Nielsen. They look the exam same with the only thing differing is the personality.

You have got to applaude these casting directors and the huge team that they have to look for that perfect actor or acress to take on the role planned It is not an easy job, they go through so many auditions and then the entire shortlisting process can be really hectic especially when you are looking for an actor who can nail the role and also look eactly like the character.

11. Whoever csated Fred Willard as Frank Dunphy, Phil Dunphy’s father, in the show Modern Family, deserves an award.
It feels like they are father and son in real life as well.

13. Probably the smartest casting decision ever taken in continuity. Akira Akbar cast as young Monica Rambo in Captain Marvel and Teyonah Parris casted as adult Monica Rambo in the Disney+ show WandaVision basically look like the same person grew up over all those years.

It was a really demanding role and Zach absolutely nailed every aspect of it, one of my favorite show just because of this casting choice.

You know the actor absolute killed the role with their specialization when the aduience starts hating the actual actor as well as the character they played. Being a villain is not easy but Efron managed it swiftly.
