Bold Employee Who Had Had Enough Of Boss’ Harassments Quits Job In A Classy Fashion

Even the hardest of souls have a breaking point.

Patience is an amazing quality to possess. It gets you through hurdles an impatient person can’t even think of crossing. The calm that comes with dealing with situations with a relaxed mind really soothes your life and pays a nice way towards a brighter future. But as you all may know, every human was born with a breaking point, a limit that when broken, can unleash a monster within. There are times when the most patient and the calmest are forced to say enough is enough! Once that saturation point has been reached, which is way beyond the saturation point of the impatient, it is impossible to take any more hits. You start to question why this is happening to you after all the calm that you have sided.

Such world records, where patience is tested to the limit, are unfortunately often broken at office spaces. The corporate environment often takes the mic out of the best of us. Yes, there is work pressure but the problem escalates really quickly when you have morally corrupt management sitting on your heads.

Today’s story is about a person’s niece who had been working at a really nice accounting organization (from the face of it). The so called leaders at the organization were basically mad men. Management who had no regard for ethics, morals, or care for subordinates and junior employees. What’s wrong here is that such an entitled, superiority based attitude is welcomed quite a lot in our society. It is considered a privilege and that is so unfortunate for those who get crushed under such an attitude. This person’s niece met a morally corrupt boss in her obstacle race of life that would eventually lead her to success. A boss who would find joy in harassing their employee. The patient employee finally reached all her breaking points and quit right on the spot as she was not taking all that harassment anymore. We personally believe her decision could’ve been formulated in a way that could have better hurt the boss, a lawsuit perhaps, or a media press conference to ruin them and their firm’s reputation. It is what it is.

Let’s see what really happened by reading the story. You can scroll down below to see it for yourself.

1. No headline has ever gotten me more excited than this one.

This is such a classic and an unfortunate case that we all hear so often. A young woman pumped with motivation to work hard in the organization put under stress by old men managing the company, or to be real harassing the employees of the company.

2. Human Resource department is slowly going to get extinct. They are worth no help. Let’s see what the complaints were.

Oh wow, that’s what every single HR department in the world says, “we will look into it”.

3. The management would get really inappropriate with her suggesting her things that doesn’t suit coming from a senior person.

One should never push a person who is ignoring your negativity.

4. The boss treats the employee like he owns her.

People, we have just spotted a boss who does not, I repeat does not like employees who are ethical. In what way is this man planning on running this organization towards success? The place this organization is going towards is a solid wall.

5. They were very unjust about not paying her the overtime she deserved for her extra effort.

The organization was ontractually bound to pay extra for overtime hours. That is a clear cut lawsuit right there.

6. The perverted boss offered her a handsome promotion in exchange for a date.

This is so pathetic. And the fact that this boss is a male entity, disappoints me so much more. Ruining an already ruined impression of men in the society.

7. The entitled boss would keep reminding her that this job is a huge favor and nothing related to her hard work.

It is actually blowing my mind how patient this woman is. By now, I would’ve left the state. But it feels like we are getting closer to the saturation point.

8. Uh ho, looks like the ultimate saturation point has been reached and something really bad is going the boss’ way now.

This is so bad. Poor woman worked so hard at the job despite all the negativity she had to face, yet she got no raise. Such a demotavitaing factor. Not only will she be done with the organization but this could descourage her to look for work anymore.

9. Fire in the hole! Golazoo! Houston! We have done it!

Thanki goodness for that move. THe boss fully deserved it no questions asked.

Just pause for a minute and think of the perception such events send out to the society. Office environment feels like it is not safe anymore and this could actually discourage so many young bloods completing their degrees and entering the corporate sector. We really need to stand up for and promote the organizations where such negativity doesn’t exist. We need to make this pile of dirt an anomaly because that’s all they are. A big in the system that needs to be remove as quickly as it came in.

This is very unfortunate what happened with that woman and how she had no other option than to quick. Getting employed is not an easy job in today’s tough economically constrained world. Either way, what she did was mandatory and had to be done to send a signal that such negativity does not work anymore and that it is to be slapped into positivity, no other options.

Let’s continue!

10. Ain’t no assault lawsuit hurting you if you are in the right path.

She could push it if she wants to, such men should be put back into their place. Not only because they exploit their power, also because they are ruining the overall image of men. An image that really needs to be worked hard upon as it requires a lot of improvement. And I am very hopeful that this image with improve.

The Reddit community was really eager to give in and here’s what they had to say about the whole situation:

It wasn’t easy for everyone to control their emotions and the whole community sided with that employee and announced that she shouldn’t let this slide.
