Thanksgiving is a true blessing because it allows us to spend the entire day with our loved ones without having to worry about finding the ideal presents while still enjoying some delectable food. Though there is one thing that every employee should do, and that is to request that time off, before we can start stuffing ourselves with that delectable turkey. It is recommended to stick to a set schedule when getting ready to take a leave of absence. When you wish to take time off, for instance, you should let your employer know in advance; the notice period should be at least twice as long as the number of days you plan to take off. The same is true of your employer’s denial. They should give you at least the same amount of notice as your requested leave if they decide not to grant it.
