There are two types of people in this world, one who love pets and the other are the ones who don’t like pets at all. For a pet owner, their pet means everything to them. If you are a person who doesn’t like pets, being in a relationship with a pet person might be a complication. Your partner’s closeness with their pet might disturb you. You might feel the attention that you deserve is being given to a pet. Today, we have a story of a girl who owns a cat, she is dating a guy who is lately complaining about her cat. Her boyfriend thinks her relationship with her cat is a “lack of hygiene” and that she should keep the cat out of their room. Laughing at his concerns might be mean and rude but her boyfriend is also acting mean by not understanding her relationship with her cat. You would always get a divided opinion on this subject. A person who is hygiene obsessed will obviously see your affection with your cat as a “lack of hygiene” but cat owners would always have the opposite opinion. We think you two are incompatible and OP’s boyfriend always knew she owned a cat. If her boyfriend had issues with a pet, why in the first place did he start dating her?
