Cat Mom Reunites With Her Cat After Searching For Three Years, Thanks To This Shelter Who Took Him In

This story is a real tearjerker.

Losing a pet can be one of the most difficult things in life. We cannot even imagine one day without our pet. Over time humans have a habit of treating their pets like their children and we grow to look after them as if they’re a part of us as time moves on, your bond only becomes stronger with your pet. So losing your baby is nothing short of heart-wrenching and we hope no one gets to live without their baby. An animal who is used to living at your house feels totally helpless once it sets foot in the city and if you’ve ever lost your pet before and god willing found it, we know the struggle associated with it. Be ready to look over the entire city or your local neighbourhood and this is why we suggest getting a tag (Samsung, Apple) for your pet as it can give you their location no matter where ever they are via smartphone tracking (not sponsored). And God bless the local animal shelters for looking after stray or lost animals. They’re very helpful when it comes to looking for your lost pet.

And our story starts with this adorable Catto, who just happened to be named Jimmy. Now Jimmy is an adorable kitty and he’s been seen as a very chill cat who would get out of his owner’s home and stroll around and sit on cars and mind his own paw business. Until one day, Jimmy didn’t come back home. Susan Zelitsky (the owner of Jimmy) was really upset when it had been many hours. She went out looking for her fluffy cat friend of 13 years but to her assistance, nothing came up, no one had any idea where Jimmy went.

After searching for Jimmy for months, he wasn’t found so Susan had to give up on the search which is simply devastating for anyone who has a lost pet. Life moved on for Susan until one day a local shelter named West Milford Animal Shelter Society made a post on Facebook and Susan stumbled on that post. She immediately went to the shelter to look for Jimmy and to her surprise it was Jimmy. He recognised Susan too and Jimmy the Catto was finally reunited with his owner almost after two and a half years.

Now Jimmy is sixteen years old and he’s still living with Susan and we’re glad this family is complete again.
