Company Forgets To Issue Employee Redundancy Letter, He Gets An Extra Month’s Pay

extra month pay

The negligence of one can be an opportunity to strike for another. And that is basically how every story shared on the infamous subreddit “Malicious Compliance” goes. Usually, the neglecting attitude comes from bad managers or bosses which is then met with solid compliance, with a pinch of maliciousness, to teach them a lesson to remember forever. Unfair acts of the leaders have made so many employees suffer all over the world. What these bad bosses don’t realize is that their behavior will only result in the company weakening, and the business going down. Unfortunately, many employees do not raise their voices against this harassment because they fear losing their job, what they fear even more is not being able to get a new job. Times are tough! These workers lose all excitement for work and just operate like computers, receiving their paychecks every month, and that is basically it.

However, time can be a very unpredictable entity, it can work in anyone’s favor without a heads-up. And that is exactly what happened in today’s story when karma struck this company hard as it had to pay this contractor an extra month’s pay without them having to work at all.
