Distillery Manager Sarcastically Puts Entitled Man In His Place After They Demand Free Gin

Everyone should stay as far away from entitlement as possible.

We have all wanted free stuff. Who doesn’t like products you don’t have to pay for? Even if it is something you dislike, if it is free you will take it. And then there is one more thing that people like which, naturally, everyone should stay away from and that is to have a sense of entitlement to do anything. Entitlement sort of sends you to an imaginary cloud where you start believing everything you say or do is correct and your wishes are everyone else’s commands. A blend of entitlement and wanted freebies can really be great a blockbuster story and that is exactly what we have got for you guys today!

A person made up of this combination just mentioned become the star of The House of Botanicals’ Twitter account. The House of Botanicals is a distillery and taste room situated over in Aberdeen, Scotland. I didn’t know entitled people existed in Scotland as well.

The House of Botanicals, a very well renowned Scotland-based distillery received a rather very unusual message on their Twitter one day.

The manager of the distillery, one day, received a message on the company’s Twitter account from a person called “Greg”. He started off by asking if they want him to write a review for them.

The Twitter post made by The House of Botanicals sharing the whole situation ended up getting over 8,000 likes.

Greg started off by asking if the managers wants a review or a tour experience written for the distillery.

The manager decided to respond to Greg by saying anyone can write a review whenever or where ever they want. The manager also provided Greg with links to all social media accounts of the distillery, and also suggested some other pages where he could post the review.

It seems like the manager didn’t know about Greg’s true intent. Or maybe they did.

Greg proceeded to ask if he could attend a tasting with his friends. He is slowly paving the path.

The manager sensed sine freebie vibes from Greg but maintained his cool and responded by letting Greg know how he and his friends can attend a tasting event. He mentioned all the activities that will be performed and also shared with him the charges to attend the event.

And this is when Greg finally reveals his true self and asks for a free taste in exchange for a nice review.

You can fully tell by that “Greg.” how pissed off and disappointing the manager would’ve felt after reading this message. Greg wanted a freebie all along, he was never interested in writing a nice review for nothing in exchange. He really felt entitled enough to ask the manager how many free seats he could get. This means he had plans to bring a whole group and have free drinks.

The manager then proceeded to completely finish Greg off

The dumbhead Greg really thought that by saying “Greg” the manager meant only he can come for free. Wow. And this guy thinks he is superior to everyone else in this world? No, sir. The manager did an excellent job at brushing this person off.

Here’s what the people on the internet had to say about this:

Everyone loved the way the manager used his wit to deal with this entitled person.

Now that’s how you do it, Greg.

He might have been able to trick some people. I mean, why else would he go for famous ones, then? Unfortunately for him, it didn’t last for long.
