Most Disney Princesses are quite elegant.
And I don’t mean in the way they act or look. I mean the way they are animated, especially if you look at the classic Disney princesses rather than the newer ones. However, while they might have some elegance, they haven’t been elevated to the point where the artist by the handle Star Shadow Magic has brought them. I am sure you are already tired of seeing Disney Princesses re-imaginations but I assure you that this is a whole new beast.
Rather than simply drawing the characters in their own style, the artist gave them a completely new look while still keeping them true to their original character which I didn’t think was possible. But they have done just that and I have not even mentioned the soft pastel colours used to bring this beauty to life. There is something serene about these illustrations. And you will understand what I am talking about when you scroll below to take a look for yourself.

The artist has close to 300k followers on Twitter and there is a good reason for that. I mean they not only re-create Disney Princesses but they have also created many wholly original art pieces that are sure to blow everyone away. However, what I am most amazed by is their soft art style. Every character they draw just looks so realistic yet untouchable. I honestly don’ know how to explain it but you will understand once you take a look at their Twitter.
Some people will say that it resembles anime but I would personally say it resembles most closely to a game genre where this sort of art is used. All of this is to say that you should definitely check their work out.
