1. OP has several children and their mother is not in the picture while raising them as a single parent OP always told them he would pay for their college so they don’t have to graduate with debt but there are some stipulations which they need to choose a degree which will support their lifestyle and the other is OP will only help them for a year
2. OP’s eldest graduated last year with a degree that OP disagreed with because it doesn’t pay well where they are living but he had a passion for the field
3. OP also bought them a car as a graduation gift and has been paying for their insurance moreover, OP also paid for their apartment rent which is $5000 a month, and now their lease is coming but OP has remained them it’s been a year and now they are on their own.
4. OP and his kid got into heated discussions because they said they couldn’t afford to live in the city while working at their job but OP had already warned them about it
5. OP said they would be responsible for paying their way from now on which includes family reunion vacation next summer but they argued and said they could not afford it
