If you are a wealthy human being, it will certainly have an impact on your friends, relatives, and partner in terms of the way they treat you. It is for sure if you own huge sums of money, you are going to pay for everything when you guys go out and that is why the other party(s) tend you treat you like a god. I hope not, but the day you go bankrupt, your social group will leave you quicker than you could figure out what happened.
It’s usually a one-in-a-million chance but if you ever win a lottery, you will be considered super lucky in two ways. Firstly, you’re lucky because you become super dang rich. Secondly, consider yourself lucky because you just got to know who in your social circle is trustworthy, and who is the greedy party. One thing is for sure, all attention from everyone will suddenly be on you…or should I say your wallet.
In today’s story Reddit user AirAway2713 won a lottery, one of the top prizes in fact. The lucky lady decided she would invest a majority of her winnings to earn a steady return for the rest of her life and spend a whole lot to buy places for her family members to settle. That’s actually very thoughtful but OP’s boyfriend had some other plans. He wanted her girlfriend to buy him a Tesla car. He was so eager to get the car that he started pressurizing OP and in the process, he shared everywhere on social media that she has won a lottery prize.
The pressure was strong enough to make OP start doubting her decision of keeping her lottery winnings away from her boyfriend. By the way, this guy has only been her boyfriend for 7 months. OP decided to post the whole story on the infamous subreddit “Am I The Asshole?” and left the matter in the hands of the community members to decide if she was wrong or not for not using her lottery winnings to get her boyfriend a new car.

NTA. As simple as that. It is OP’s money, it was her fluke, she won it, so by all means she gets to decide what to do with it. Even if she doesn’t buy flats for her family members and keeps all the money to herself, I would still say she is in the clear.
It is almost hilarious to read how confidently OP’s boyfriend was making all those demands and all of a sudden he wanted to make babies with her. My guy got so blinded by the money that he forgot his girlfriend was child-free. I would suggest OP leave this guy as soon as possible before he makes some stinky plan to rob your money.
