Beards are a staple of many men.
And some women. So what if there was a challenge where you could show off your glorious beard? Well, fret not there is one as there is apparently a challenge for everything on the Internet. However, this particular is a bit weirder than the rest. A person is supposed to take a picture of their beard by tilting their chin up. While this may sound pretty normal, I assure you the results are anything but that.
Most of the participants look like they have another face on their chin with a very weird quiff or an eccentric hairstyle. That is not all, some took it even further by drawing on eyes and a mouth while others put on glasses on their beard. I am honestly not doing justice at explaining this. If you didn’t tell me these were actually people’s chins, I wouldn’t have figured it out at first glance. Some of them even look like thumbs zoomed in with wigs on them. While others are just straight-up nightmare fuel. Then there is the fact that even Snapchat recognizes some chins as faces is just terrifying all on its own. But it is nothing if not a bit of fun. However, don’t think these are all we have, as there are plenty more weird but hilarious pictures for you to see.

I honestly have one question. How did this even start? Was a person looking at themself in the mirror and discovered they look like a thumb with hair when they tilt their chin? I suppose some things are better left as a mystery.
