The worst type of Karens are the ones who shout at the customer service representatives.
Whether you are at a grocery store or shopping somewhere, it is not nice to shout at the employees. They deserve respect and customers should not get rude to them. A person who was busy shopping in a grocery store heard a Karen squawking at a poor employee for not stocking a product. Obviously, it was not the employee’s mistake yet she shouted at him. OP felt bad for the employee but did not do anything because he didn’t want to be involved in it. The grocery store was practicing 6-feet social distancing using aisles and the tiles were directing the way. The tiles were also indicating if you are taking the wrong way. OP wanted to get a body scrub. OP just passed an aisle and felt like he just passed by it and should take the wrong way to get it as the body scrubs were sitting just at the end of the other aisle. OP heard someone whistling, when he looked back, it was Karen. Karen asked him why he took the wrong way. OP knew it was Karen, yet pretended like she is the store employee. OP asked her to get him toilet paper and sanitizer. Karen was in shock and could not speak for a moment. Scroll down to read what OP said to her next.
