Manager Karen Does Not Want To Work For The Night, The Whole Team Resigns, Karen Works The Whole Night And Fails

Some Karen managers assign their work to their subordinates so that they can rest and others work for them.

If you are doing a job, you should act responsibly and complete your duties faithfully. But some managers misuse their authority and try to get their duties done by other employees so they can sit free. A 17-year-old boy who works at a fast-food chain was promoted as a Team Leader. He used to come early and make a position chart that was supposed to be approved by the manager before it is posted for everyone. One night, the night manager did not come so there was a Karen manager for the night and OP knew something wrong is about to happen. Karen replaced the position chart that OP made and replaced it with a new one. According to the new position chart, Karen had no duties and another employee was given two duties. It was a mess that night. Customers were screaming at the employees and Karen didn’t come out of her office to manage the situation. An employee, Jen, threw a strawberry milkshake at a crazy customer and they had a fight. Scroll down to read what the employees did next that got the Karen Manager fired from her position.
