Have you ever left a job because your Manager deliberately tried to take you down?
At some point in our lives, we all have experienced the cruelty of managers at our workplace. If you haven’t yet, you are one lucky person! But let us assure you, that you are most likely to go through that experience at some point in your life and that is why it’s important for you to read this article. One of the major reasons for which most of the people would quit their job is the cruelty of a Manager. The thing is, nowadays the times have changed drastically and you are supposed to work smart, not hard because working hard doesn’t get you anywhere. The smarter you are, the easier things get. If by any chance, you get to work under a good manager, you should consider yourself the luckiest person because a majority of the people end up working under the managers who would make them work harder and won’t even appreciate their efforts in return.
And then there are people in our team or groups who would opt to become a spy for the managers in order to get into their “good books” and let us tell you, those are the worst kind. You always need to be careful what you talk about in front of them as they would inform the manager about every single conversation you’re having. However, the story that we have brought today is about how a team of hard-working professionals had to go through a tough time due to their Manager & his sidekick. But what they did at the end with that manager and his sidekick is enough to make you laugh and put your mind at ease.
So, let’s go ahead and take a look at the story.

Oh well, it ends here but it sure was one of the most interesting stories of “karma being served right” we came across. Employees need to stop self-doubting themselves and only do the tasks that they are hired for. Doing extra work would RARELY get you anywhere and everyone would keep on dragging you down by making you do their tasks as well. So, remember to play wise and smart, not hard and dumb.
