Beggars can’t be choosers.
At least, that is what we would like to believe, but unfortunately, the Internet is teeming with people who believe they are entitled to certain benefits simply because they are single parents or are going through a difficult time. I’m not saying people don’t face difficulties, but at the end of the day, everyone is dealing with something, so why should some people be entitled to freebies? What about the people who are selling it? Do they not have a right to be compensated for their goods or services?
These parents, on the other hand, believe that they are the only ones who deserve everything. Even as I write this, I am baffled by the mindset of entitled parents, and just thinking about it makes me angry. Atleast, they don’t always get what they want, and they often get what they deserve. I’m sure we’ve all dealt with entitled parents, which is why we’ve chosen the most vexing examples for you to see today. So scroll below to take a look for yourself and enjoy the embarrassment these people had to face.
#1 They did what was right and I am sort of glad the entitled mother got so angry.
Not only that but a lot of kids also got free ice cream so I call this situation a win-win in my book.
#2 The comment sums up the mindset of this person perfectly.
After all, don’t photographers need to pay their bills as well? Or can they pay in likes and exposure?
#3 My only question is that if it’s even legal.
No matter how well-behaved her kids might be, this is just wrong.
#4 Did she call her ‘friend’ a silly goose?
Not only do these people want free stuff but they can still be so choosy.
#5 The age-old, “You ruined my kid’s birthday”.
#6 I am pretty sure that even $366 is not enough but that would be a start.
I understand that not everyone has the money for a babysitter but this is just cruel.
#7 Is it really necessary to spend that much on a birthday?
It would be fine if she could afford it and wasn’t asking someone else for money but she clearly can’t.
#8 If that is how buying a house worked, I would have one ages ago.
#9 Asking for Christmas dinner isn’t inherently bad but the specifications are just ludicrous.
I am surprised that she didn’t ask for some expensive wine as well.
#10 I am glad that at least the son realized that his mother is clearly acting crazy in this situation.
She got even more invested in this whole drama than her son did.
#11 Is she asking for a dog or a toy robot? Because I cannot tell.
Reading this huge wall of text is making my head hurt. And what is with her thinking that lighter-coloured eyes are a sign of Satan? Does that apply to humans too or just dogs?
#12 I am pretty sure she is lying about the dialysis.
I am not a doctor and even I can tell that isn’t what you eat while on dialysis.
#13 Is it really that hard to be nice?
If you can’t pay for something, that is okay. Just be nice and find someone else. Who yells at a teenager because they can’t afford said teen’s services?
#14 I wasn’t aware that the zoo hired ‘special caretakers’ for elephants but I suppose we learn something new every day.
What does she expect the people at the zoo to do? Should they relieve the elephant so her little angel doesn’t get traumatized?
#15 This person is clearly not a friend.
She showed her true colours pretty quickly.
#16 It is not as if she is struggling for money so why is she being so stingy?
#17 Getting a drawing of a hawk does not seem like a need that you can’t live without but what do I know?
#18 Asking for clothes for your kid? Perfectly fine. Asking for clothes that are specific brands? Not okay.
If she is such a brand connoisseur, maybe she could spend her own money then.
#19 I am pretty sure people in Ukraine have bigger problems than a TV.
#20 How does this woman expect a pre-teen to take care of three kids?
#21 Why do people think that being a single parent gives them some kind of entitlement?
#22 I can only hope that this is from the UK or else this is very illegal.
#23 I am pretty sure it wasn’t the kids who were vying for candy.
#24 I can only hope that this parent didn’t message her after this.
#25 I am stuck on the neon demon part.
Does she really think that this would work?
#26 If you are asking god for a free car, why post it on Facebook?
#27 It is the whole graphic of this post for me.
#28 When you don’t have money for furniture, why not ask for free stuff on the Internet?
#29 Those are some mighty expensive things that she is asking for.
#30 What do times being hard for this person to have to do with the seller?
