Unthankful bosses exist in great number around the world who can never be happy with whatever you do. They make you feel like you did not try hard enough when in reality they are dehumanizing you at so many levels. Mostly, what comes as a problem is that they forget that you also have a personal life outside work. You can have your own problems and everything is not about work. But they force you to stop living your life and make everything work which becomes exhausting to the point that you start hating your job and make plans to quit. Moreover, you are not bound to be perfect all the times and there must always be room for mistakes as it comes with improvement. When none of this is present, it almost turns into an an escapable abusive relationship. But, there’s always an escape, no?

If you are employing someone to work for you, you need to be empathetic to them. If your tone is so dominating and you are not even bothering to listen to the other person, you are only going to make them exhausted to the point that they leave. And in the end, it’s only your disadvantage. Bosses need to be chill about their employees and give them space by making adjustments at their end. It’s better than knowing that an employee left because you were too forceful.
