Resignation From A Hardworking Employee Causes A Loss Of $300k To The Company.

You get what you deserve.

Everyone, at least once in their lives, experiences bad jobs and things like not being taken seriously at work, not being paid enough, and awful managers or bosses who are unnecessarily rude and uptight with their employees. We have to admit that we have had a major urge to mess with our bosses just to spite them or to get back at them for being rude for no reason. We need to normalize having a good, healthy employer-employee relationship. We need more cool and fun bosses than the ones who feel like they have to be cold and harsh to seem authoritative.

Some employers use the helplessness and necessitation of an employee as a weakness to exploit them by burdening them with a ton load of work all the while paying them much less than they deserve. No raise. No praise. No bonus at all. Most of us keep dreaming of having sweet revenge from our bosses. The clever ones resign and then there comes a group of people who are always two steps ahead of everyone in the game.

This guy took revenge on his boss who was not giving him a good raise or bonus and did not appreciate or praise his hard work for years. Keep scrolling to read the story from the mastermind himself.

It is sad to see people get treated in such a way. Employees; the very qualified, well-educated, talented, and hardworking people get mistreated so commonly in their workplaces by their seniors. It has become a quota of workplaces for seniors to mistreat the junior staff. It has always been like this and it needs to be changed. As soon as possible. We need to speak up about workplace bullying and injustice to spread awareness on this topic. No human being should be degraded or exploit like that. One must not treat their workers poorly for they are the ones who are technically running their business.

Not many people have the guts to stand up for themselves in such situations because of the fear of losing the job and this is why they keep walking over them because they know they are needy. It is just pure evil and ridiculous. I am glad someone is speaking out for himself, putting his word across, and not taking a no for an answer. It is either his way or no way at all. Take it or leave it offer thrown to the employer by the employee. Oh, how the tables have turned and it is absolutely epic. Now, I do not want to give any more spoilers and ruin the thrill for you guys. The story gets even more interesting from here. Keep scrolling…

Bravo! I am speechless, this is mind-blowing. His tactics, his revenge planning, his cleverness, and his attitude were amazing. I am completely blown away by this story. If this was to turn into a film, the storytelling and plot twists would be too epic, I would definitely watch it and recommend everyone else too. In the end, he resigns and left them with a little surprise of $300k worth of loss. They lost a great hardworking employee as well as a very old customer. I believe it is a huge loss. If only they could appreciate and recognize his hard work. Give him his well-deserved raise, they could have avoided this situation. If you found this mind-blowing just like I did, let us know in the comments down below which part of the story inspired you?
