Parents Share The Most Ridiculous Things Their Kids Cried For And It’s Hilarious

You can’t reason with kids.

Well, you can, but not always and not in the way you think. While growing up, kids are naturally curious and have countless questions inside their head about literally everything. And why wouldn’t they? They just barely started walking and exploring everything around them. So, it’s obvious they want to know why they can’t eat batteries for breakfast or hold their own poo in their hands. While it may sound funny and adorable to us, these are some serious questions that they just can’t get over.

Now, it may all look easy inside your head when you picture yourself answering a kid’s question. But, believe me it’s far from easy. We think we can reason with them by telling them the clear distinction between right and wrong, or by explaining them the logics of how certain things work in life, but they aren’t mature enough for that. At this stage, they cannot comprehend the complexities of life. To them, anything beyond their comfort and carefree zone is an abnormality. So, they disagree. However, it’s worth noting here that their way of disagreement is different than ours. It’s often accompained by tantrums and high-pitched screams. Which can easily drive anyone insane, to say the least.

Then again, it’s just a phase which goes away with time. As kids grow up, they start making better sense of everything around them. Slowly, they understand things and eventually stop complaining when things don’t work the way they want them to. However, during this whole phase, parents are the one who truly suffer. But, who said parenting was ever going to be easy? However, if there’s any interesting outcome of this whole situation it’s probably the nature of the questions they ask and their reaction when their expectations aren’t met. Below we have 23 hilarious Snaps from parents showing the most absurd reasons their kids have cried for.

So, scroll on below and see what’s it like to raise a child.

“How do I tell him?”

What sorcery is this?!

“MOM, WHY DID YOU LIE TO ME?”

The look on the dad’s face says it all.

All of this reminds me of a funny story from my childhood. I once found a fuzzy seed with white hair on it that would float in air (I guess it’s called milkweed seed?). I had never seen anything like it before so it was quite fascinating for me. Sadly, however, it somehow floated all the way up to the ceiling fan and got damaged. So, when I picked it up and found out that it won’t float anymore I started crying because I thought I “killed” it.

I still think of that seed sometimes and feel like it was my fault but oh well.

The struggles of life start early.

I wish there was an easier way of telling them that everything that smells fruity is, in fact, not fruity.

Tbh, it’s kinda sad how kids don’t understand the simple concepts just because they aren’t mature enough. They have to go through so many heartbreaks before they realise that they were crying over something totally irrelevant. But, I guess it’s just a part of growing up. Maybe, that’s how nature trains us for actual problems in life. Maybe it’s how we toughen up to face the actual realities. But, I still think it’s kinda unfair that these precious little souls have to go through so much for nothing.

Poor baby…

No wonder why parents have to lie to their kids so much.
