If you have a good relationship with your mother, you are very lucky. Some people don’t have the luxury of bonding with their mothers because they have passed away, and those with toxic families always crave to spend some quality time with their loved ones. If your mother is alive and loves you unconditionally, please love her back while she is still around. Honestly, there is nothing better than seeing the precious smile on your mother’s face after attempting to cheer her up.
This son wanted to see the smile I’m talking about. Bob Hayes shared on Twitter the news of his mother testing positive for COVID-19. She has been quarantined in a nursing home and he is only allowed to see her through a window. So, he asked help from Twitter to cheer his mother up. The quarantine can really trigger your depression. It isn’t easy isolating yourself especially when you’re sick. Every time I get sick, I just want someone to sit next to me and keep me company till I feel better. However, with COVID-19, you can’t do that since it is contagious. So what’s better than a human companion to cheer you up? A cat, of course! A cat can easily lift up the mood of the people around them. They are precious and adorable, so they deserve appreciation.
