When you are a competent employee who knows everything, who can cover any department, other people try to get you fired somehow. They would make sure to do everything that will get you fired. This employee who knows everything, electrical, plumbing, welding and so much more is working at a company where he is making good money. OP is a quick learner and basically does everything that comes his way. OP became the go-to guy in his company.
The store was not doing well so the store manager shifted OP to the meat department where he used to work three hours every night. There was a bandsaw that is used to cut meat with bones that required the worker to be trained on it. OP knew how to use it but whenever a customer comes to get the meat cut with bones, OP used to tell them that he is not trained on the bandsaw. One day, a customer filed a complaint against OP. The store manager called OP and gave him two write-ups for not fulfilling his duties. She already gave him one notice for appearing late to work.
