20 “The Oatmeal” Comics That Take Hilarious Dark Twists

We all need to see some comics every now and then.

Comics are a great way to utilise the free time you have. It isn’t an unhealthy way to distract yourself and you can get some comic relief. We all live pretty busy lives and need to take some time off to cool ourselves off. Distracting ourselves from our stressful and busy lives is a good thing as long as our methods are healthy and don’t affect us negatively. There is a lot to enjoy about comics. You can notice the little details in the artwork and if the comics are funny, you can enjoy a laugh or two in the process. There are some comics that are different from the rest because of their unique art style.

The Oatmeal comics are pretty unique. They are created by artist Matthew Inman who is determined to put a smile on his reader’s faces. Inman started making these comics back in 2009, so it has been more than a decade since he has been making people laugh with his cartoons.
