Kristain Nygaard has created a very popular webcomic which is known as Optipace. The name of his comic Optipas is a term that is the combination of optimism and pessimism He started creating it in 2007 and a year later he posted his first comic online in English.
The artist makes comics from his own random thoughts, whatever pops in his mind which always turns out to be great. He is an amazing and insanely talented person. Even though his work consists of everything that every other contemporary comic has including awareness of mental health issues, gaming, pop culture, bitter reality, social issues but his comics still remain unique from others. His comics always have tragic and extremely dark endings that are so unexpected, they will surely surprise you each time. I absolutely love all of these comics so much, I love how he is so focused on mental health and social issues. People who are not afraid to speak their minds and put awareness to such matters are rare. This artist is not only amazingly talented he also has an awesome sense of humor and a genius mind.
