We are our pets whole world.
While we have friends and family who we care about and take care of, most pets don’t have that. Now I am not saying that they don’t have a family because they do but usually people don’t adopt the whole litter and their parents so we end up with one dog or cat. And that means that all of that particular pets care falls upon us. That is why we should never take this responsibility lightly. Some people might get a pet on a whim but that is never recommended.
Because at the end of the day, animals require a lot of attention and love than people who have never had a pet know. Don’t get me wrong, I am not telling you to never adopt or anything of that sort. Just being careful before you make a decision that can change one animal’s life is important. However, that is not to say that having an animal companion isn’t one of the best feelings in the world.

My daughter has a huge heart for dogs and begged for months to get another rescue. She even used all her money to pitch in for the fees. Here she is with our third rescue pupper, Daisy.

It has been proven that animals make everything better so it is no surprise that people who have pets are generally much happier than those who don’t. Because even though animals might not be as clever as humans they can still help you throughout a lot in your life. And if you give them enough love and care, they can be quite loyal as well. They won’t think twice before putting their own life on the line.
