Biker Ordered An Extra Large 12 Coffee Without Coffee, Regrets Not Listening To Barista

Some customers think that they know everything.

Some customers are just lost in their sense of entitlement and they think that they are too perfect and they know everything. It is good to listen to the customer service employees because the information can be helpful for you. OP used to work at a coffee shop as a barista where one night three bikers came in to get coffee. The ringleader was a stereotypical biker; tall, big beard, wide shoulders and all covered in leather. The ringleader asked for an extra large 12 coffee. OP asked if he is sure and the ringleader interrupted him, saying; “Did I stutter?” OP tried to explain again and the second biker interrupted, saying, “Did he stutter?” OP was like “no, he didn’t” OP just went to the coffee machine, took the cup and added 12 extra large shots of sugar and 12 extra large shots of cream. He then poured a splash of coffee and gave it to the ringleader. He took his coffee and left. OP sat there thinking if they have been drinking coffee the wrong way. If you want a good experience, you should listen to the barista. They know what is good and what is not rather than acting like you know everything. This ringleader got the worst coffee because he did not listen to the barista. We can only imagine what his reaction would have been like when he took a sip of his coffee.
