Here’s another worst boss Reddit story!
Working with annoying and overbearing bosses is the most common reason employees decide to leave their companies. It’s also confusing why these supervisors have such negative attitudes and urge their staff to quit their positions. No matter which day of the week, what time of day, or what year it is, these bosses are capable of ruining a person’s day or career sometimes.
What’s even more disgusting is when someone spends their entire life and works tirelessly to obtain a promotion. When the time comes for them to be promoted, their employer denies them the promotion for no apparent reason; in the same way, this unfortunate person shared his experience on the Reddit platform. However, this story is limited that Karma is real. When you operate in an industry where there is a tiny circle of people, you have the chance to connect with people who were previously your worst enemies.

This Reddit post is proof that karma exists.
This guy explained how he managed to work for good three years in this industry. And how a single rainy day incident changed his life.
There was a hustle going on because of the promotions in the office.
The manager switched this guy’s shift to night shift and the guy didn’t say a word. One day, he got into a car accident and that’s when things started turning bad for him.
Luckily, this guy got a new opportunity.
Later, the boss stopped the promotion of this guy because of so-called SHORT ATTENDANCE, and that was due to the car accident incident he had.
But the boss didn’t want the guy to leave because the night shift would be uncovered.
The guy was hired at a better place as manager. When the company was filling up the position, guess whose name appeared on the list… The Boss!
So, the company decided to politely say no to The Boss.
At any season of the year, bad management can strike at any time to anyone. And if someone is unfortunate enough to be forced to work with these obnoxious supervisors, their professional life will be miserable. Many people leave their jobs, while others use the internet to expose their unpleasant bosses’ behavior so that the rest of the world is aware of their actions. Companies should also take care of these wicked folks and remove them from their positions so that they do not lose their precious employees. Because employees are expected to be everything to a company, it goes without saying that they are the ones who put in the most effort to fulfill the organization’s objectives.
Thank you to the internet for giving a platform for employees to express their frustration with their jobs. Everyone, without exception, requires someone who will listen to their terrible work stories and who will comprehend their emotions.
