Serving customers can be a very challenging task, especially if you are a food server at a restaurant. Your job as a server is to provide the customer with a good experience, take their order, serve their food on time, and keep an eye on the table for a call or if they need anything so you can actively serve and perhaps make a good tip. Ideally, every waiter and waitress wants their job to go this smoothly but reality can be often disappointing.
