It’s never a compulsion to believe in the things that are instilled by our investors. Talking about these phrases, you must have listened to one when we say that “The customer is always right.” This phrase dates back to 1909 when it was said by Harry Gordon Selfridge, the founder of Selfridge’s department store in London. Basically, it was meant to make the people aware that the customer should be treated right and he should never leave the shop unsatisfied.
Since then, customers who are absolutely wrong have been using this phrase to wrong the owners by their deceitful behaviors. Some people who cannot correct themselves use such tactics to justify their behavior and mold the situation according to their favor which is absolutely wrong.
